Fitness a solution to look healthy

 The fitness or fatness of a person cannot be measured on type of scale  . The human body weight is made up of body tissues and if the percentage level of that tissue is increased above certain level in male or female, we say that he or she is fat. For male the tissue level goes above 15% and in female goes to 22% above the body mass, and then they are said as overweight or fat. 

If the fatness is more, then it can cause to many diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and even heart problems. broadly the fat which is present in our body is used for padding the internal organs and are also used for insulation under our delicate skin. As the problem got focused, now the question arises how to solve that problem. There are many ways through which we can lower our weight. Exercise is one of the most important and effective way to keep our self fit and not fat. When the question is of fatness, we can start for Beginner running program that can help us to learn how to run and hold the fatness level of our body.
